Dad's Birthday (2018)
We surprised my dad with a cooking class at Fire by Forge, a restaurant that is run by Forge City Works, a really cool non-profit organization in Hartford, CT that exists to provide job training in the food and hospitality industry to people in the community who face barriers to employment and specializes in Pan-American cuisine.
